Logos need to be 300 dpi (dots per inch) or vector. Logos downloaded from website normally will not be big enough for printing. If they aren't at least 250KB, then that's a good indicator that they are too small.

Choose Your Design:
These beautiful, highly motivating brochures can be fully customized to fit your needs. We tailor each piece individually because we want you to have your most successful Walk for Life ever! Add digital photos of your babies or last year’s event, change the text, list your services or whatever wording you need – all available free of charge.
Choose Your Size:
Walk brochures are available in our Standard 11" x 17" and Small 8.5" x 14" sizes.
Choose Your Paper:
Our standard brochure paper, 100# gloss paper with an aqueous coating, has a great feel and the coating makes the colors beautiful and vibrant.
(NOTE: A few of our customers have mentioned difficulty writing on 100# gloss paper, but most are thrilled with the high-quality result and report no difficulty. In-house testing of this stock with standard pens yields good results, however gel pens are not recommended. If you are concerned about the ease of writing on the pledge form, please request a sample or order the uncoated 70# smooth white paper to ensure smooth writing. Please note: the colors will not be as vibrant and the weight of the paper is lighter than our standard paper.) Call for a custom quote for printing on uncoated paper, card stock or with perforation.
Choose Your Form:
We provide four pledge form formats to choose from – Basic, Expanded, Grid or our new Wide format – each is available with the option of a pre-registration form and/or a liability waiver.
Mailing Prices
Process List, Address, Mail: $90 per thousand ($60 minimum)
National Change of Address comparison (required by USPS) $16.50 flat
Collate, Insert (up to 4 pieces) & Seal: $130 per thousand
Tabbing: $30 per thousand (two tabs - no enclosure)
Tabbing: $70 per thousand (four tabs - enclosure)

Perforation:
$125 for first 1,000 and $90 for each additional 1,000. Straight line perforation only. (Right angle requires a die cut and is more costly.)

Brochure Prices
- Printed on 100# gloss paper. Can be a self mailer.
- Uncoated paper is available upon request. No extra charge. Please be sure to specify uncoated paper when placing your order.
- Card stock and perforation available - please call for price quote.
- 11" x 17" brochures arrive folded to 8.5" x 11". (Folding to 8.5" x 5.5" for mailing available upon request.)
- 8.5" x 14" brochures arrive folded to 8.5" x 3.5". (Most designs include self-mailer panel.)
- Pricing includes text changes. (Changes to pledge forms may incur design fees.)
- Be sure to let us know if you want to include a liability waiver on your pledge form.
Text on custom printed items is fully editable at no extra charge, and colors and photos can be replaced to suit your needs (fees may apply). This does not apply to stock items (already printed.) *Please note that free customization comes with a purchase. If you decide to cancel your order after proofs have been created, a set up fee may be charged.
